Just checked stats on Betonline since Jan 1, 2010. 15,596 impressions, 1015 clicks, 3 registrations, not one active bettor.
That's the way it is with all my sports betting affiliates. Got one player on a casino site though... LOLOL

The impressions is very strong and click throughs also are very strong. Surprised for such a low number of signups. I would expect for every ten signups you bring to bring about 4 active players. Based on your stats which is difficult to estimate due to a low number of signups I would expect at least one depositing player.
As for clicks to signup this can be anywhere from 8 clicks to one signup for some to an average of 25 to one. I would advice using landing pages over homepages of affiliates sportsbooks to increase your conversions.
What is your bounce rate of your site and which pages are you getting these clicks from?
