How is revenue calculated?

Affiliate payments on the 40% Revenue-Share plan are calculated using the following formula:
40% (rake + tournament fees - coupons) - chargebacks.

Sportsbook commission calculation is using the following formula:
(Player Gross Losses - Player Gross Win) - (Bonuses + Chargebacks + Fees)
You are then paid between 25-40% of the final net.
